Easy Rasam

Ingredients:
Tomato - 2 
Mustard Seed - 1 tsp 
green chillies -2 
black pepper whole-1 tbsp 
(or according to taste) 
hing - a pinch 
garlic - 1 pod 
tamarind pulp- as required 
coriander leaves - 1 bunch 


Method:
Cut tomatos into 4/8 pieces. Heat oil 
in a pan. when the oil is hot, splutter 
mustard seeds. Add hing and saute 
for a minute. Add green chillies and 
tomatoes. Grind garlic and pepper 
cones. Add the grinded mixture to 
the pan. Add 1 cup water and salt. 
once it starts boiling add tamarind 
pulp. let it boil for 3 minutes. Garnish 
with coriander leaves. 

Now you can enjoy it with white rice 


Note. you can also grind tomato,garlic 
and peppercones together and then 
add to the pan after spluttering 
mustard and sauteeing hing for a 
minute. Add the grinded mixture , 1 
cup water, tamarind paste, salt and 
bring it to a boil and garnish with 
coriander leaves.
