Fried Idly

Ingredients:
Idly-10 
Readymade Bajji flour 
Red chilli powed-1tspoon 
Salt 
Water 
Oil 
Jeeragam-1 teaspoon 
Mustard-1 teaspoon 
Chopped onion-2 
Chopped capsicum-1 
Ginger, garlic paste-1tspoon 
Spring onion-1tblspoon 
Garam masala-1tspoon 
Soya sauce n chilli sauce.

Method:
Mix wate with bajji flour n make it ready. Chop idly into small pieces. Heat d oil in pan n dip d idly in bajji flour n fry it deeply till it becomes golden brown. Now in a frying pan add mustard, jeeragam, fry onion n capsicum. Add giner n garlic paste, garam masala, soya sauce, chilli sauce, red chill powder n salt. Now add d fried idly n mix it well. Now decorate wit spring onion n serve hot.
