peas poori

Ingredients:
Maida - 1/2 cup 
oil 
green peas - few 
Milk 
Salt 
Red cillie powder 


Method:
Take the maida. Make a dough using 
the milk. Boil the green peas.Add salt 
and red chillies Mash well. Make balls 
of the dough. Fill the balls with the 
paste made. 
Use the oil to spread the dough into 
small circle. 
Then take a kadai 
Heat the oil 
Put the pooris into the oil and fry 
Best to eat with tomato sauce or 
coconut chutney
